The location was pretty good, close to main sightseeings and the chocolate museum. The personnel are very polite and helpful. The bed was comfy, always a plus. And even tho i didn't have breakfast, it did smell nice when i walked by. The room was clean enough and had a decent ambiance.

Location
Got into my room at 6am, was woken up at 9am to change room at 11am, then called back at 9.30am to change rooms immediately - my whole purpose of staying here was to have a place to sleep and I definitely didn't get that or either a prior warning or a post apology. After I was moved rooms, I had to listen to the construction noise coming from the room that I was removed from. Hello!!??? If this hadn't been enough, on the morning of my departure, I asked reception to order a taxi for me (I had to catch a train/flight), which never came. I was told the taxi would be there in 5 minutes, I kept asking and then was told 5 more minutes, again and again. After having reception call for the 3rd time, reminding them that I already missed the train (and possibly my flight), 35 mins later I simply walked to the hotel across the street and realized there were 6 taxis parked on the street. News of this taxi stand one block away would have been useful, and saved me an extremely stressful morning.. Also, the internet service is complicated and crappy, especially for something you have to pay for.

The location was great- a short walk to the markets and shopping. Room was quiet, bigger than I thought it would be, clean as can be and great shower.
The wifi would not work in my room- I tried to explain this to the reception but the girl did not understand that I was trying to connect to the hotel wide one and kept saying that I can connect to the network in the lobby in the lobby and only the other one in my room- she could not understand that I tried that and it didnt work. I ended up just forgetting it and only using in the lobby which is pretty inconvienient. 3 euro a day charge was pretty resonable if it worked in my room.

Rooms were small but comfortable and quiet. We were in the front so we had a nice river view. A portable fan was very helpful since there is no ac. Location convenient to downtown and convention center via public transportation. Front desk friendly. Breakfast good: Very fresh bread, whole pot of coffee at table, and some extras you don't always find in small hotel spread, E.G. smoked salmon and bircher muesli.
The front desk was happy to allow us a one-hour late check-out, but the cleaning lady was rude and impatient for us to leave. It would have been nice for breakfast to be included (although still a good value at five euros) and for internet to be free.

The location, nice and reasonably priced breakfast, well working free WiFi, good sleep.
High price (trade fair), no fridge in-room, small safe (no room for 17" laptop), two-level house meant carrying heavy luggage up stairs.

Convenient parking arrangements, Attractive views from hotel, Centrally located nightlife accessibility
The hotel suffers from inadequate air conditioning, resulting in uncomfortably warm rooms!!! Room decor feels dated in some areas, detracting from the overall experience!!!

Located right on the Rhine and around the corner from the start of the old town with loads of bars and restaurants - a restaurant, which was very busy, is right beside the hotel. The Chocolate Museuem and the landing stages where you can get boat trips are within 5 minutes away. Breakfast is 5 euro and is amazing value. Parking is in parking garage behind the hotel with a charge. Met several staff and all very helpful and spoke English.
Room was a bit small but OK as only in for short periods
